We make all of our wooden items by hand and take great pride in our craftsmanship. We make some orders ahead of time, but most are made to order. Turn around time is usually 3-5 business days, then shipped. Custom orders may take a little while longer, but we will let you know ahead of time.
We hope you love your order and would love for you to leave positive feedback about your experience shopping with us and our craftsmanship.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are happy with our product and service, we ask that you please leave a positive 5 star review and a brief comment.
If for any reason you have a question or a concern with an order, please contact us directly so we can try to resolve it with you. Because our items are hand made items and usually made to order then engraved and or personalized for you, we are not able to authorize a refund.
If we approve an order for a refund - and if it is not personalized, a re-stock fee will be added for cost of material, our time and labor. Please read the listing descriptions carefully. We have clear descriptions, measurements and photo's of each listing. If you have a question about the size, please send us a message first before you place your order.
We accept payments from Paypal, and most credit cards via Shopify direct.
Payment is due at time of order at checkout.
If you have a question about your order, measurements of the item, or item description, please send a message prior to ordering. Processing times may vary to create your order, but normal production time is 5-7 business days as most items are made to order.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 6 hours of purchase as we try to begin working on the order the day of purchase. If you cancel an order after 6 hours, and your order has been created but not yet personalized, we may issue you a refund minus cost of material, our time and labor. We have clear descriptions, measurements and photo's of each listing. If you have a question about the size, please send us a message first before you place your order.
All orders ship to the address you have listed at time of checkout. If the order is a gift or you need to send your order to another address, please note that at time of checkout and send us a message to be sure the address update is flagged before we ship it.
If your order is returned to us marked "Return to Sender","Attempted not Known",or "Unable to forward", using the address you have on file with Shopify, we will be happy to re-deliver the package for you, but you will need to pay for the shipping fee's. The carrier will not redeliver at no charge.
We ship our orders with either USPS, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery - which ever carrier is most economical for our customer.
USPS Priority Mail automatically ships with insurance up to $50.00 based on your order total. USPS Priority Mail Express ships with insurance up to $100.00. If your order total exceeds this amount of coverage, you may want to consider adding additional insurance in case of damage for claims.
If you would like additional insurance, please upgrade your shipping at checkout based on your order total.
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation with your shipping carrier tracking number.
If you do not receive your package that is marked delivered, please contact the shipper to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays with packages held in Customs, or any additional fee's International Customs may charge.
We only ship within the U.S.A. and Canada.

Most orders are ready to be shipped in 5-7 business days, but it will depend on how detailed each individual order is. We will let you know on your invoice of the processing time to complete your order.
If you need a custom order in a hurry, let us know, but keep in mind – additional fees may be added for RUSH ORDERS as well as Overnight or Express Shipping.
