Send us an e-mail with your order number and your of your pet's photo('s).  (If you do not want faux pallet lines added on the round, let me know).

For the best results of the engravings, your photo should be 300 dpi or better in .jpeg format, in color, grayscale or black and white. 

We will contact you if image is not going to give the best results.

We try to complete our orders within 5-7 business days once we have communicated with you about your photo.
